Delivery Policy

1. Instant Delivery After Payment

Once your payment is successfully confirmed by our payment processor (TransactPay), access to your purchase is granted instantly. In most cases delivery is immediate; on rare occasions where verification is pending, access is granted as soon as the payment clears.

2. How You Receive Your Product

Depending on the product, you will receive it through one or more of the following:

• Account dashboard — your purchases appear in your MAXBIC account, where you can access or re-download them at any time;
• Download links — secure links to download files such as software, e-books, or media;
• License keys / activation codes — keys or codes delivered on-screen after checkout and in your account, where the product requires activation;
• Email confirmation — an order confirmation containing your access details is sent to the email address used at checkout.

3. Technical Requirements

To access your digital products you will need a stable internet connection, a valid email address, and a compatible device and software (for example, a PDF reader for e-books, a modern web browser for courses, or the specified operating system for software). Any product-specific requirements are noted on the product page; please review them before purchasing.

4. Access Duration

Unless a product page states a specific access period or subscription term, your purchases remain available in your account dashboard for ongoing access and re-download. Some download links may expire for security reasons; if that happens, you can regenerate them from your account or contact us for assistance.

5. If Access or Download Fails

If you do not receive your product, a download link does not work, or a license key fails to activate, please:

• check your account dashboard and the email used at checkout (including spam/junk folders);
• confirm your payment was successfully completed;
• contact us at info@maxbictechsolutions.com with your order reference and we will re-deliver your product or resolve the issue promptly.
